Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Close to the beach.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. We had half board. Wifi was good and media streaming. Very close to bus station and supermarket. There are also parking spaces if you rent a car. The nearest beach is 300 meters down the street.

Cons: Furniture is a bit outdated. The mattress is too soft for my opinion. Everything else was great.

Pros: The hotel was at an amazing location and the staff at the restaurant is amazing. The food is great and the hotel is great value for money. The city has a lot to offer and you are well connected if wanting to see the rest of Tenerife. The natural pools are wonderful and close by bus.

Cons: The lack of tables on the terrace by the bar. Definitely, more people wanted to be outside in such nice weather, but few evenings we had to stay indoors. The sunbeds also need to be replaced.

Cons: The food was terrible , we had payed for all inclusive , and only had 1 lunch and 1 evening diner . The service of the restaurant staff was terrible took them 25min to get us a drink. very basic food choices and burning the food on the chefs grill seccin and not bothering to offer another piece. When requesting a drink . Only one ice cube .. the drinks would be waisted as they would go warm very quickly.l. During breakfast a cook dropped a top of the bacon plate and instead of going to clean it or replace it with a clean one it was just put back on the food.
