    Nice room but noisy area.

    Pros: Room was good, very clean. Coffee machine in room. Close to Trastevere train station and local tram.
    Cons: Extremely noisy area, lots of sirens, horns, traffic noise all night. 20 min walk to restaurants Breakfast is no longer provided by the property.

    Pros: We stayed only two nights, the location was pretty good, near the city center and there are many bars and restaurants nearby, the room was clean and even though we stayed only for two nights they cleaned the room during our stay. The room is spacious and beautiful, we totally recommend it.

    Pros: Its a very comfortable and clean room, easy to check-in. Hosts were very welcoming.
    Cons: The location is a bit further away than I would have liked. But the bus stop is just a few meters from the property.

    Very good

    Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. We came in to leave our luggage before check in time and he kindly moved to our room when it was ready. The bed was comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Also we had a basket filled with snacks and buns for breakfast and a coffee maker in the room. There was also a good connection to the transportation.
    Cons: The room was quite small and the location is a bit far from the center.

    Pros: Almost Everything was great. The girl who met us upon arrival was absolutely helpful, funny and beautiful! Room and bathroom were really nice, bed was pretty comfortable and only a few blocks walk to train station!
    Cons: Directions were not good, no hot breakfast available, view was OK but not great.

    Pros: Nice room, very close to bus and train station! Private bathroom. Easy chek in! Everything was perfect except that our room was just a little bit small!

    Perfect short stay in Trastevere close to station.

    Pros: It was much roomier than expected and lovely having a bath. Perfect for us traveling home via airport early as its so close to the station but not far from the action of Trastevere. Also loved the frescoed interiors.
    Cons: Bed was quite soft by Italian standards.

    We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was perfectly located to explore Rome City.

    Pros: Great location near train station with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Room was of a very good standard, clean and comfortable. Shower and toiletries excellent. The welcome basket was a nice touch and of a good quality.
    Cons: It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but it would have been appreciated to have had more than one coffee pod for each person.

    Safe clean and comfortable in a great location.

    Pros: The property was clean safe and secure. It had everything me and my daughter needed for a stress free stay over the weekend. The staff were so helpful and kind and did everyone they could to advise us local restaurants and order a taxi for us to get to the airport. The staff always replied to WhatsApp messages quickly. Very happy with how we were looked after. Bus number 8 regularly heads into and out of the city. Eating more locally to the b and b is much less costly.

    Cons: Neighborhood was rough and dirty. It was advertised as having an airport shuttle. It did not.
