Pros: The front desk and common areas were very clean and well kept. The staff was exceptional in accommodating my needs. The continental breakfast was good. I want to thank the manager for understanding my concerns and not penalizing me for checking out the morning after check-in, although I was booked for 5 days.

Cons: I'm from Jersey and booked here to help my son with his move. Seems this motel is a transitional home for many. Under the beds was disgusting. It looked like a bedbug haven, although i didn't really see any. My son did not feel I was safe there, given the other guests hanging around.

Pros: I liked the location and I liked that there isnt any carpet in the room.

Cons: I feel like it could have been a little cleaner. It was decent. The walls could use some cleaning and the sink and shower curtain was dirty. Thankfully, I take my own cleaning supplies when I stay in hotels.

Pros: Location, we're able to put a twin size air mattress between the beds for my 9-year-old, cleanliness, everyone I spoke to at the front desk was extremely courteous and friendly. Overall was a great stay

Cons: Not really enough Linens for three people but eager to help. Nothing Dollar Tree couldn't handle for yourself. Our overall stay there really wasn't anything to truly dislike

Budget friendly in today's market left me a little disappointed.

Pros: We wanted a cheap place for myself and my aunt and uncle, all of us senior citizens. I was happy to find something in the price range. It was great to park right next to the door to their room. The breakfast had quick grits add-hot-water-and-done, yogurt, milk, waffles, coffee, cereals, sausage biscuits and I think oatmeal in envelopes. I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting...but we were quite happy with breakfast.

Cons: Had to book and pay online since you couldn't get the lower price by calling or showing up in person. We trusted a certain brand expectation, and felt a little disappointed. It's not a big place so understandably the staff was stretched. Check-in took a long time, but the clerk was apologetic saying he was just starting in the job. As we were a last-minute reservation we were happy we could get a desired downstairs room, but they couldn't do a king bed or get our rooms together...again we were last minute. My TV remote had the batteries missing and I didn't want to bother staff, and I was already dressed for bed so I thought I'd make do. But after settling in, the AC was so loud that watching TV without remote in your hand was difficult. At home I usually set TV to very low (just barely hear volume) to go to sleep. So I tossed and turned thinking the bed was uncomfortable but it may have been the loud AC and fact I couldn't get the TV volume set to my liking without getting up and using buttons on the TV and my cell phone as a flashlight. My aunt/uncle's room had a problem with the sink draining they both mentioned separately to me. Upon arrival, some guests were sitting outside their room with loud music playing almost like they lived there...but at least that didn't go into the night. When leaving, I dropped my key in the basket at the front, and wanted to tell them about the TV remote battery situation. I couldn't get the attention of anyone who may have been back behind the front desk area, so just reiterating it's not a large hotel and you just have to go with the flow.

Will not recommend this hotel especially for the price.

Pros: The location was good.

Cons: Furniture in room very, very old. Need an upgrade very badly. No ironing board for the room, had to iron on the bed. Had to disinfect the whole room.
