    Pros: Very professional customer service. We had to check out early morning because of an early flight and they packed breakfast as take away. Very nice when you get the additional attention even without asking for it.
    Cons: The room might be old but still very clean and tidy. The bar closes at 6pm but you have so many ones outside the hotel

    Great hotel!

    Pros: The rooms were very spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool area is very relaxing and good for a change of scene away from the beach if you want that. Good wifi which consistently worked in the room. Location is good, very close the the beach and can walk to the main Bangla Road, if you want lively nightlife, in about 20 minutes. Everything you need is within walking distance including shops, cafe, restaurant, ATMs, tour guides, pharmacy and even laundry services. I extended my stay as it was great value for money and a comfortable base to explore Phuket.
    Cons: Breakfast wasnt a great choice for a buffet. I would suggest sourcing your own, lots of nice cafes/restaurants about. Shower temperature inconsistent, often cold.

    Pros: Great location, close to beach, but far from main road. Lots of diners nearby. Good pool. Nice enough breakfast.
    Cons: Everything is starting to decay. It's not that bad, but overall refreshing of the facilities is a must.

    Pros: I really like the location of the hotel. Its literally right across from the beach. Not only that, 7/11 is super close to us. Everything was quite convenience (within walking distance).
    Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable and the facility and everything was alright. Its definitely not new and modern, but its not the worst either. I would say its so-so.
