Great place but overcharging on the extras

Pros: - room was very nice - quiet - eco - the view - clean

Cons: - A/c switching off every time you leave so in the evening it is hot and the kids were super sweaty in the beds as it takes hours to cool down - super hard beds - overcharging in some areas. 20 for an additional mattress in the room. You get a whole room somewhere else for that. This is what a 5* 600 a night place charges - when asking for a taxi, they said 700 to the airport (I paid 400 for the ride from the airport for the 40 min). But when I said it is only Krabi (15min) it was still 700, meaning they charge roughly 4 times the regular prize. And we are not talking about a Hyatt and a luxury Mercedes - massages are 4x the price of the places you walk 2 min to. - drinks are as expensive as in Singapore where we stayed before. And 4-5 times of other places around - cleaner did not lock our door after cleaning. Security risk!

Pros: I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this hotelthey were incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the pool and breathtaking views; I could have spent hours just taking it all in. The breakfast was varied, and the staff even surprised us with belated birthday pancakesan incredibly thoughtful gesture given that our birthdays had recently passed. The rooms and facilities were everything we needed. The reception staff were thoughtful, organized, and ready to assist with anything you needed. What really made the experience feel like home were the wonderful people working there.

Cons: Its a halal hotel, so you cannot buy alcohol or have bacon or pork at the restaurant, but thats not a problem cause you have plenty of shops close by due to its amazing location where you can buy everything.

Pros: Loved the resort and the staff and wonderful! The property is gorgeous with amazing views of the mountains. The birds, lizards, squirrels and fish were delightful.

Pros: Staff , scenic and quiet location. Lovely pool. Immaculately kept resort. Staff sweeping and cleaning all the time. Nice breakfast. Loved my room. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Complimentary tuk tuk to the beach nice. Although I did enjoy the exercise of walking to and fro some nights.

Cons: Im not a heavy drinker . Dont get wasted. But quite like a drink bye the pool now and then. Hadnt realised it was a dry resort. Not a big deal I went to 7/11. They make very nice mocktails at good price and it was easy to supplement them with alcohol of my own, Cheap cocktails.

Pros: Excellent place to stay. So much nature all around you. Plenty of wild life to watch. The staff were excellent to everyone and are very welcoming. They let me stay at the property even though I had a late flight. Food was delicious. The pool was magnificent with great views. Thank you to everyone who works there.

Pros: The resort itself is beautiful, fantastic view in a quiet location with amenities in close proximity. The rooms were luxurious and spacious for a very reasonable rate. Staff were very friendly and always available. The pool bar is good. The free tuktuk to Ao Nag beach was a great addition

Cons: Our only issue is there were a few things that weren't explained to us. There was a comprehensive room guide but some info was missing such as what to do with used beach towels, the fact you need a ticket from for the free tuk tuk etc. The service fee is automatically added yet there's still a section for tips on every tab was also confusing at first.
