Cons: The massage from the spa, made by a non-professional lady. Another was that we arrive at 4 am with the bus, and they do not let us to do the check in until 6 am. So we went to another hotel to sleep in the morning.

Pros: The view We were honeymoon travellers so they prepared us a little something extra Early check in Bed was super big and firm

Cons: Thin walls, by 8am you can the housekeeping Outside closing and opening doors, chatting among themselves Our bathroom was basically flooding... the drain couldn't keep up with the speed of the water, both in sink and shower lol. Gym under maintenance...

Felt more comfortable on the bus from/to Hanoi the. In this hotel.

Pros: Breakfast. But only if you like big variety of Asian food.

Cons: Very moist room. Everything in the room was wet the next morning. Open windows in second night would help either. Old school Air conditioning with no power. Dirty bathroom (plenty of long black hairs everywhere). No hairdryer in the room.

Pros: The view is great and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast options were sufficient. Thank you to the lady at the reception upon check out for assisting us.

Cons: From what I am used to in Vietnam in other cities, this hotel was overpriced. I felt the staff was less caring compared to other hotels I have been to in Vietnam. Breakfast wasn't being refilled, while there was still 50 minutes before closing. Also, the cutlery on the tables werent being replaced anymore, while staff was just standing at the desk. It would have been great if the pool was a heated pool.

Pros: Just a few minutes by walk from the center. Rooms with mountainview are much better, on streetside could be noisy. Breakfast is good, many healthy options. The outside swimming pool is really nice. Staff was friendly

Pros: The hotel and room was really nice. The staff were very helpful. They even let us store our bags with them when we went trekking for free and let us use the shower facilities when we got back which was great because we had a long trip back to Hanoi. Would definitely recommend.

Great location amazing staff. Vies from the pool and rooms where spectator.

Pros: The staff where absolutely amazing. Could not do enough for me. Friendly, attentive and genuinely cared. The location was so convenient to everything in town.

Cons: At some points during the day there where to many kids. But that is a very minor issue.

Pros: The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing, especially Ngoc Anh, who helped us out when we had some trouble with our tour. My compliments to the staff and the hotel in general. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Pros: We were there only for one night but was enough to find out how nice the people are. Specially Chauanh, who has helped us from the very first moment with some issues we had. One bus the next day was cancelled from the company and she managed it to find us a new ticket and saved the trip! Thank you again Chauanh!

Pros: We had originally been staying at the Sapa Legend which was just the worst so we booked this hotel on a whim and walked two minutes down the hill and it was absolutely incredible, the view alone was worth every penny. The room was big and comfortable and clean, the breakfast was really good with lots of selection and the staff were friendly and attentive.
