Nice stay in good location

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff. Im happy that Breakfast had some vegan options: one morning we had hashbrowns (I personally like them much more crispy) and salad, other morning buckwheat and mushrooms. Plant based milk is also available, so one can make muesli too. Some plant based butter/cheese would be nice, we brought our own.

Cons: We had no any problems whatsoever.

Location in the Old Town is great and the breakfast us OK, but the hotel lacks character and I would not stay here agai

Cons: Rooms not cleaned unless requested. Coffee/Tea making facilities advertised on hotel literature in EVERY room, but missing from my room and when queried was told only for Superior Rooms and Suites! Wardrobe reeked of stale/unwashed clothes so I couldnt store my clothes as the smell would transfer on to them. When I asked about the public transport trams at Reception I was told I can check this myself on Google Maps!

Very bad hotel and stuff.

Cons: Bough rooms were dirty. There was garbage, on wall was gum, dirty sheets, on bad was towel with another guest man cum, much dust on furniture. I all said to reception. One room changed to another, in next day we needed to change it back after cleaning. About garbage in reception worker asked can in stay in room till morning? It was incredible dirty and there was not responsibility from stuff. Just said to me: what I wanted for this money?!
