    avoid unless you are out...

    Pros: Incompetent and unprofessional staff avoid, very run down and poorly run accommodation and you may even turn up and get turned away like i did and told to try somewhere else.
    Cons: I arrived for my booking and was informed my room had been given away. I booked as a business trip for a single person and apparently a couple with the same surname as me also booked and they assumed it was a duplicated booking. Despite the FACTS we had completely different home addresses, mine was a business booking they clearly were a couple, we had different first names AND any human with half a brain would have contacted both bookings to check if they had concerns of a double booking, it's not rocket science. I was left sitting in the FREEZSING reception 25 minutes whilst this was all being looked at. Any decent establishment might have even offered me a glass of water or a tea or coffee whilst they tried to rectify their mistake.
