Cons: The restort is a little bit far out to all the good shopping. But if you pick the right time of day then it is easy to get to the shopping areas.

Pros: The kids pool is awesome. The staff in the kids club were very good. Cleanliness in the rooms very good. Food in the restaurants very good.

Cons: We were staying in a room opposite the restaurant H2O, which we looked out upon every night at around 9.00pm when staff were cleaning. We feel that after such heavy traffic and with all the food spillage from kids, etc during the day, that the floors need to be hosed down with a strong disinfectant ( not just mopped) to really kill all bacteria. We think it is a hotspot for bacteria and it could really benefit from being washed with disinfectant.

Very good

Pros: The location is very good with 2 big malls next to the hotel and plenty of retail stores. The beach with surfrental is just 5 minutes walk away. The spa is a dream come true. The kids loved the fishpond Kidspool and club. It is a perfect hotel to relax a couple of nights before leaving Bali.

Cons: The rooms are quite old and worn down. The bathrooms are not inviting at all. And there is sometimes hot water sometimes not.
