The good and less than...

Pros: Location, pool the and staff.

Cons: One frying pan was the only pan provided. This is not adequate to prepare even the most basic meal. No pots were provided. Nor was there a dishwasher or even the room for a drying rack to let washed cups, glasses, and dishes dry. The parking lot lights didn't work.

Pros: Location and view were awesome. Love Coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Cons: Needs more accommodations for Smokers, and you should be allowed to smoke on your balcony.

Pros: There was easy access to the beach. The pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

Pros: Not much. First time in my life I ever left a hotel after checking in and couldn't stay there.

Cons: Our room door wasn't locked. That alone was creepy. We walk in and the balcony door had been left wide open. My husband literally had to look around and make sure nobody was in or hiding in our room!!! The bathroom sink was literally just a sink...you could maybe fit a toothbrush on it. Then my husband tries to use the bathroom and the toilet doesn't work and has water dripping from it. I have a lot of allergies including a bee allergy..you cannot leave the balcony door wide open like that all day/evening in Florida by the beach. We were not comfortable staying there at that point and went right back down to the desk. All she offered us was to get a maintenance guy there at some point to work on our toilet! No thank you. I am not waiting all night for someone to work on a toilet when it was already after 930pm. We had to leave the hotel and find another room elsewhere that of course cost us a lot more $$. Booking.com was amazing and helped us right away the next day to get us a refund from the hotel. We had paid for two nights and the hotel wouldn't help me with a refund. Thank you booking.com for your prompt help and service!

Pros: I love that this hotel is right off the beach. And the view was everything.

Cons: The continental breakfast could be better. And I wish in both my rooms had a sink in the kitchenette.

Pros: Everything was great. The only thing I wish is that the bed coverings were warmer. It was just a thin blanket so I had to dress warm for bed. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Pros: The hotel itself was a nice, clean, and quiet hotel! The pool and hot tub were great. The rooms were large! And being right on the beach was nice!
