This could be the nicest ressort in Bagan, if it weren't for the service and the missing maintenance

Pros: It's a wonderful place, huge garden, nice views. Plenty of space to walk around and to enjoy nature. Some employees were extremely nice and helpful.

Cons: Service is not their strong suit. But Covid19 gave themthe reason to cut down on service completly. Bar and restaurant are closed, they don't make up the rooms and they did not make me feel welcome when I arrived. So, as the bar is closed, you cannot even get a glass of wine (roomservice), only beer and coca cola. I paid 9.50 USD for 2 cans of coke, though prices for food were ok.

Pros: - location - Quiet, good for a break - Great view and garden well taken care - Nice swimming pool

Cons: - Food and beverages overpriced! (Approx 9 USD for a fresh fruit juice) - Swimming pool is dirty - Sunchairs at swimming pool are not handy, parasol cannot be adjusted so you need to move your heavy chair every now and then to be able to get sun or shadow - Staff is very passive and sometimes even unprofessional. (When doing a mistake in an order, instead of apologizing, the staff is laughing). No goodbye or thank you at the end the stay. - On the table, you have to unserve your own dishes yourself because the staff is not doing it while bringing next dishes. - Late check out is not possible without being charged (although the hotel is almost empty). - Bed sheets were clean but had stains. - Shower/bathtub a bit old

Beautiful resort hotel within easy...

Pros: Resort set in beautiful and well-maintained gardens overlooking the Irrawady River. Reasonably spacious room with good bathroom. Lovely pool. Excellent breakfast and pleasant dinner in restaurant.

Pros: Good location looking over river. Gardens very well kept. Staff attentive and friendly

Cons: Actual room was in block that was not well maintained. Room was good size but tired. Adjacent gardens in this area not so well looked after. Tray of partially eaten cake sat outside one room for several days, risk of vermin. Menu at hotel extremely limited and expensive, as were drinks. As an example cocktails at this hotel more expensive than Seeds the number one hotel in Yangon at $10 dollars each.

Pros: The hotel is nicely located at the river. Nice pool area with a lush garden and nice sunset view.

Cons: Hotel is outdated. Bungalow was not clean and did not reflect the pictures online. Breakfast: - Very limited selection - Quality was doubtful Only the money counted for the staff and they were not trained to handle simple and standards requests.

Great for a relaxed weekend...

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. It had a partial river view , that we could see while lounging on the pool beds in the balcony of our room. The free minibar in our room was a great add on. The overall vibe of the resort was very calm and relaxing. The breakfast was nice too with decent options. The staff was attentive and really helpful during our entire stay.

Cons: The alcohol prices at their restaurant are way too expensive, so avoid drinking there until it is absolutely necessary. The food was ok. It is better if you can ride an ebike or take a tuk tuk to nyaung u , where you can eat at a much affordable restaurant.

Lovely aspect, but you need...

Pros: This hotel has some of nicest grounds/gardens I've seen and they grow a huge amount of produce on site as they have extensive allotments. Also the view across the river is beautiful and there are stupas and pagodas in the grounds. The swimming pool is really beautiful in its size, style and location. The food was also very very good and the spa services lovely, but rather expensive.

Cons: The accommodation block we were in was rather tired, as were the fixtures and fittings. There was something subdued about the overall vibe, and it was quite a way out of town.

Pros: The location by the river. The sunset was fabulous. There was a nice choice of food and the relaxing areas were very nice

Pros: It was a beautiful setting on the river. The pool was great and our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again but would go out for drinks and food. Setting for Sunset was amazing.

Cons: The food and drinks were overpriced. E Bike rental very expensive.
