Pros: Very good, central location in Trapani, easy to walk to main attractions and also close to many restaurants. Easy and convenient private parking system. Large apartment with all facilities and also a coffee machine.

Good hotel for a night with some points to consider

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, Staff was great (even offering a complementary drink on the rooftop bar!!) The location is super centered which is on the other hand also the slight negative part...

Cons: ...the noises from the outside are quite dominant since the windows are not sound proof. Also we have been unlucky that a delivery truck was parked right in front of our window (with running engine) which was quite a pain.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff Great location Air con in all rooms which was necessary due to the heat. Toiletries provided

Cons: The shower itself was a bit on the small side. Would have been good to have an oven in the kitchen.

A charm atmosphere in the heart of Trapani

Pros: The Location was very convenient, in the Heart of Trapani, they have a very good Service with a Garage which they Pick up your car and return in when you leave at the agreed location. The hotel offered an aperitif at the terrace FOC which we found a nice gesture.

Cons: The room wasnt really prepared at the time of check-in despite we arrived within the posted check in time. Usually hotels ask you to confirm time of arrival which we couldnt really do on time due to lack of internet. The lady at the reception offered to give us the cleaned bed sheets and do prepare the bed by ourselves. Of course she didnt want us to wait for the room but We found it a bit inappropriate considering the tariff you pay at this kind of hotel. Other than that she was really nice with us. We were a bit diss appointed with the breakfast. I would suggest offering a fresher breakfast and the staff take more care of it.
