Pros: Staff were fantastic, food was good, room cleaned daily. Lots of steps and uphill walking to rooms, however vehicles on offer if you requested.

Cons: Extwrnal Infrastructure could use some maintenance. Internals were good.

Pros: The staff were amazing so caring friendly and interactive. I had a bad back but they understood why we asked to move rooms as we were at villa 502 very far from reception.

Pros: The infinity pool Only nothing else

Cons: The hotel is old and outdated. The 3 bedroom villa is basically 2 connected hotel rooms in the ground floor and a room with a pool and a living room in the upper floor. To go to the upper floor you have to walk in an outside corridor, take the stairs outside and go to the upper floor so if you have kids be careful its not safe. I reported that to the hotel and nothing was done just nice messages of how can they make my stay better. The rooms were very old and furniture was obsolete. Insects and spiders all over the room. There is no privacy your neighbors can see your pool and your bedroom. The gym was the smallest rooms you could imagine with dumbbells and a cable machine only. Kids club was a small smelly room with toys that are a decade old. The breakfast restaurant was very small and options were extremely limited, i had breakfast twice and then went to outside restaurants to grab a decent meal. To sum it up it doesnt compare to any 5 star hotel in phuket it should be around 4 stars or maybe 3 stars and for the price i paid it is not worth it at all.

The hotel is just photogenic but our stay is not that satisfying.

Pros: The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The in-house SPA was pretty nice too.

Cons: 1. The facilities are quite old to be honest. When it is raining heavily at night, the windows & door are shaking loudly. 2. Rooms are not that soundproof. We keep hearing noises from other rooms. I mean really LOUD music & giggling for hours. 3. Dinner at the Cradle cafe is below average. As a hotel far away from town & outside food, I would expect your in-house restaurant to be good enough to keep the customers in, but it was quite disappointing when we tried.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a nice spa bath which they had prepared for us for our honeymoon. The hotel also offered us a free 60 mins massage which was incredible! Ayara beach was 5 mins away.

Cons: Got very quite and secluded at night in Ayara leading up to the resort, but we were at the end of the season.

Spacious sea view escape on the coast.

Pros: + huge room (grand Thai) and bathroom + sea view from large balcony + staff superb, went extra mile + generally good value for money

Cons: - our room (502) was up/down very steep road (buggy pretty much essential) - whilst its Kamala its not near Kamala Beach - taxi or transport needed each time - food good, not great (Halal also to note)

overall okay , I wish a bit more activities in the hotel. cause Kamala is a quiet area.l and not much activities nearby.

Pros: the room with ocean view is big with sofa segregation, bathroom is double the size than usual and it has functioning jacuzzi which was the best feature of the room. the outdoor space is just a cherry on top cause we smoke. the view of the ocean too.

Cons: there is no beach at the hotel! the roof of the restaurant areas should be fixed, cause during rainy season it leaks
