    Convenient for IFEMA visit if there is no expectation towards hotel. But for that too expensive.

    Pros: A very convenient place if you are arriving by plane for a short time to visit the exhibition center IFEMA.
    Cons: The staff seemed to be bothered by any guest that came into the hotel. Attitude arrogant and inhospitable.

    Well designed airport hotel with a great shuttle service.

    Pros: Neat and tidy airport hotel with free airport transfers. They were able to shuttle us at 4:30am for our early flight which was great. Closeby to shopping malls with lots of dining options if you don't want to eat in house. Plenty of space for luggage if you need to repack before travelling.

    Cons: I call the hotel to ask when the shuttle arrive and the answer was 20 minutes but in real I wait 45 minutes to get it.

    It is a well located hotel near the airport with dependable shuttle service.

    Pros: The shuttle was amazing! It was there when we arrived at the airport, so we did not have to call or wait for it. It was exactly on time to take us to the airport the next day. The driver was very helpful with our luggage. It is a great benefit to us! We liked the cleanliness of the room.
    Cons: The television was totally in Spanish channels. We were unable to access any English speaking channels. The remote did not work and a technician had to come fix it, but without any channels for us to watch, it was a needless trip for him. The room had no air conditioning at all! We stay at the Axor Feria almost every year and none of the rooms have air conditioning! Why not? There is no food service unless you want to walk to the Barajas or order room service. The view from our room was a huge construction yard with machines and trash all over the place! Very ugly!

    Property was very nice look very comfortable. How ever should have some amenity and sheet definitely need to check.

    Pros: Great location for airport tranfer
    Cons: The problem is the my sheet was very roughly and it smells like they didnt change the sheets So we was tired just a layover. So we slept on top of the bed , no amenity at all for the price. Because we only layover if we have another night definitely need to change a different room with a clean sheet.
