Pros: I liked the room it was very pretty and the staff was amazing

Cons: The pools were dirty I asked if there was a outside heated pool there wasn’t I would of went to the sandcastle resort for that Jets didn’t work in hot tubs lots of trash in pools

Pros: The view and the room was nice. Great deal!

Cons: We got a text about extending our stay until 5pm. We went to take up that offer, the girl at the front told us no, nothing was available for us that someone else was coming the next day. It looked like she didn't really even check and was rude. We called down the next morning to speak to someone different. He checked and was like sure... no problem. We got out stay extended with no issues. So the girl was just too lazy to adjust whatever she needed to do for the extended stay!

Was ok not up to...

Pros: Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were professional.

Cons: We had an issue with dirty towels left in the room brought it to the front desk’s attention. Was told room service would come but no one ever showed. We waited until 11:30 pm. I also showed them the handles on the bathroom sink were falling off. The room had a musky dirty smell. I asked about the late check out time that I was texted about and was told would be an extra $45 dollars. I thought to compensate for bad things they would have waved the fee to make me feel better. I never did get the towels replaced. They was hair in them! Very unsanitary!

Cons: Parking across the street... several people were offered the shuttle but it was never offered to our family even when we were walking by.
