    Great Location

    Pros: The location was great (literally a few steps away from metro station for lines 3&11, also many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby), and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and enough. They also kept our luggage all day after check out.
    Cons: The hotel is a little old and you can hear noises from other rooms and metro.

    Comfortable, well positioned small hotel

    Pros: Small but comfortable and attractive room where details were got right - lighting, sockets by the bed, kettle and provision for hot drinks, small fridge. Bathroom was tiny but well organised with good shower and space for personal toiletries. Good breakfast for 3 star hotel.
    Cons: Mean and narrow corridors. No bidet or magnifying mirror in bathroom.

    Merci beaucoup Austin's!

    Pros: Such a great Hotel in the Marais, a very safe spot. I walked Paris from here and loved it....the staff were all lovely and helpful too. My room had aircon and a fridge which made a huge difference to my comfort. The breakfast buffet was delicious and gluten free items were provided for me too...such a great choice for all breakfast...and it included a coffee machine as well! The room was lovely, (good quality coffee etc and chocs supplied by the sweet housekeeping ladies...thankyou too ), and a good size, facing onto the quiet street with a lovely view of historic buildings. Cafes were a stone's throw away. I loved Austen's Arts et Metiers Hotel and would stay there again definitely ...grateful to you all
    Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
