Pros: Excellent comfortable room, with good AC and a nice view over the pool. Lovely bathroom and a good shower with lots of hot water. Nice big towels and excellent cleaning of the room.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful. The pool, the flowers, the nice little places to sit and enjoy the quiet ambiance. This was really a great way to get relaxed.

Deffinitely recommend the hotel enstead of the big hotels on beach area.

Pros: The location is good - close to cafes, restaurants, reasonable distance from the beach. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the pool area is very nice, there's also a big roof sundeck as a bonus! Breakfast was good, with fresh juice and everything.

Wonderful Hotel in the Heart of Agadir

Pros: This hotel is perfect for a couple to spend a few days up to a week. The rooms are spotless and the area around the pool with few restaurants are gorgeous. Had good time with the evening live music as well. The breakfast is fine, perhaps a larget variety of fruits would make it more attractive. And worth to mention fresh flowers in the hall everyday as well as private beach area and nice view from the top terrace.. Highly recommend

Good hotel but it lacks hospitality

Pros: The room was very good and clean. With a huge good bed. And the patio with the swinming pool is very beautiful. It is also nice to know that there is a private beach. But you have to walk for 15 minutes to it. You can park before the door. And it is not difficult to reach. We did a day trip to Taghazout a surfers beach village. Which is recommanded. The beach of Agadir is very large. The Hammam treatment in the hotel was great but a bit small and there was not a proper relaxing space afterwards. The breakfast buffet was also a good one with a lot of choice.

Cons: We thought the staff was very distant and not very personal. They did not reply on time on my emails beforehand. And when we went to eat we had to wait for ages until we could order or until the food came. The quality of the food was meagre. Better go to eat in the city and take the walk. The communication with the employees was difficult and non existent.

Cons: Breakfast, tasteless. One bottle of water for the entire breakfast room, they should put one for each table. Bumpy mattress, super uncomfortable. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, the water wasnt hot enough and it was not draining so therefore the whole bathroom floor was looking like a pool. When we reported it (on the first day), the engineer was denying the evidence saying that the water was draining properly and everything was working fine even though we tried to explain that when showering the water accumulates causing a flood. However, I didnt want to make much of a big deal as it was evening and I just wanted to sleep. Bear in mind they didnt even call after that to check if we were fine or offer to change the room, completely ignoring our complaints. The next day, as we felt really uncomfortable in that room due to the cockroach and bathroom issues, we asked to change rooms and the receptionist at first said that the shower is the same in every room and there was no point to change it. After I have insisted, she said that they didnt have any available room and that I had to come down to the reception in the morning which I did but the room was smaller than the one we had. Furthermore, HSK forgot to replace the towels and when I called reception to deliver some in our room, it literally took them 30min so I had to call once again to remind them as I came out of the shower and still didnt receive the towels. Point is, no one ever called to ensure we were having an enjoyable stay even though we complaint several times about multiple issues which is completely appalling. As a Hotel Manager I completely understand how busy it can be and how hotels works. The receptionist could have swapped our room with some of the one night arrivals. The lack of interest and disregard to us was extremely disappointing.

Don't stay ruined or holiday. Everywhere else we stayed in Morocco was great not here

Cons: Arrived and checked into our room. Someone had used the toilet and not flushed it. asked for a change of room as it could not have been cleaned. Moved to another room and the bathroom was full of ants. They did send someone to spray something to kill them. Food for breakfast was very poor. Had lunch one day beside the pool and got food poising. Please dont book to stay here. plenty of other hotels around.

Cons: The restaurant by the pool and the waiter were not professional at all. They were not wearing appropriate uniforms. From the entrance to the reception to the waiters, its weird and does not provide a four-star service at all.
