Pros: I loved it's proximity to everything. Whether it was the beach, the shops or in our case, the music festival , everything was close at hand.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was to our satisfaction.

Pros: Quiet, clean comfortable. Our room had 1 separate bedroom, kitchen with oven and cooktop, washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and a balcony. Air con worked well. Close to the beach, plenty of places to eat and shopping centre close by.

Cons: No fly screens on the window or sliding doors. Off street parking $25/night, only 3 hr parking in the street during the day.

Cons: My partner struggled every day to get up and down from the stairs from the top floor due to last year he end up on life support last year and his balance on his feet all over the place

Pros: Location. Access to all parts of the Gold Coast , especially the hinterland.

Cons: As we are a 75 year old couple, we booked 5 weeks ahead and were assured that we would be getting a ground floor apartment and help with our bags. We ended up on the 4 th floor in an apartment that, to say the least was clean and serviceable; but was in dire need of refurbishing .

Cons: The property is so old and unkept, hardly cleaned apartment, very unstable, old bed and beddings, managed to sleep in the apartment only once out of 3 nights paid for as I had slept at a friends accommodation. Left my keys in the apartment the night I was to sleep there and called reception to help out with spare keys, they said there was nothing they could do and were so nonchalant and even suggested that I sleep in a casino nearby as its outside of their working hours, therefore they couldnt come. Eventually, They made me agree to pay $150 if they come out to help me get into my apartment. Enough said. Worst hotel/accommodation stay ever!

TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATION, RECEPTIONIST WITHOUT EDUCATION, EMPATHY AND WITHOUT RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!

Cons: I don't wish anyone what I went through with this accommodation, I made my reservation through booking and I couldn't use my credit card through the app, the receptionist called me and told me to give my card details over the phone to her so I did that. She deducted the daily rate from my credit card and then asked me again to send my card details, so I didn't understand why she wanted my card number again, and I still passed it and she said it was invalid card and that she could not release my stay. As I had already deducted the daily rate from my credit card, I went there and the reception was closed, she didn't leave me the key to the apartment, I called her on her cell phone to tell her where the key was and she hung up on me. In the end, I was left on the street with nowhere to go and had to pay for another place to stay and spend the night. I thought it was a lack of respect for the customer, as I traveled more than 3 hours to arrive and not have access to my reservation, this is absurd. Everyone who is going to book with this accommodation must be aware that they do not have the moral values or empathy to serve their customers with excellence. They didn't refund my money, I tried to go the next day to talk and ask for my money back and she was once again ignorant and even informed the booking app that I didn't show up at the accommodation and that the fee would be for failure to show up. It's absurd, I'm outraged and I hope that life gives the retribution that this woman deserves for her lack of education and respect for others.
