    Cons: A place for suitcases and some clothes hangers are inexpensive and necessary. Reception staff could assist customers with telephone connection issues in the local language. Prices could be more reasonable.

    Pros: Bed was comfortable
    Cons: We found a big spider in the shower, we could hear all the neighbours while they were taking a shower and it was a really really loud noise. We found the place quite expensive for the location and facilities. There was no view to the courtyard but to the wall! I don't recommend this place because you can find much better ones in Bratislava.

    Pros: Location fantastic, right in the heart of Old Town. So quiet, comfy, definitely a gem in Bratislava. Breakfast plentiful continental style. I'm a female travelling alone and it was safe and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

    Dont Stay Here Until They Keep a Staffed Reception

    Pros: Modern bathroom and convenient location
    Cons: Reception not open and calls went unanswered. Finally got through to learn the guard on the floor below who had been yelling in Slovakian (doesnt speak English although hotel marketed to English speaking visitors) and hadnt bothered to come upstairs had envelope with key. AWFUL customer service at 6:00 pm
