Beautiful and Comfortable

Pros: Beautiful Property. Clean and Comfortable Rooms. Great Breakfast. Amazing People. Shuttle Service is very helpful. Great Experience.

Cons: Public Transportation to the property is difficult. But they do their best by offering shuttle service. Distance from Historical Centre of Florence

A great and beautiful Hotel for 5 nights in Firenze with nice amenities all around - Free Shuttle.

Pros: The grounds are beautiful and romantic, and probably better later than March when the plants and flowers are in bloom. There is a lovely grove of olive tree along with a "Villa" style garden and walkways. The best part is the free shuttle to the edge of the Old City and Uffizi Gallery. The drop of point is about a 10 minute to the gallery and the Statues of David, Hercules and the Bronze of Cosimo Medici.

Cons: We roomed in the Annex a very short walk to the restaurant but STAIRS. A lot of stairs, and no elevator in this building. If possible ask to be roomed in the main building, but that might be more $$.

Great location, beautiful gardens and wonderful staff.

Pros: Location was fantastic as it was close to the city, but far enough to be quiet. Daily breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service to the city is very useful. The staff was very helpful in booking taxis for us when needed. One day, we had an early tour and they even packed us breakfast bags to go.

Cons: We had booked the Annex room for our kids and it only had an exterior entrance. I wish that was made clear in the description.

Pros: Staying at Hotel Agape in Florence was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The location of the hotel was breathtaking, wonderful garden and hotel surrounding, historical building offering, free parking truly enhanced my experience. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the tea and coffee. The dining experience at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, and the service was impeccable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care of the staff, especially b-day welcome drink during breakfast . One of the highlights of my stay was the shuttle bus service to and from the city center. It made exploring Florence so convenient and stress-free. And the bus driver was very pleasant and gallant. Overall, my experience at Hotel Agape exceeded all expectations. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay and make our b-day more special!

Cons: I would welcome the opportunity to use the shuttle bus later than 8 pm (in March), so we could stay in the city a bit longer.

Superb ambiance and staff.

Pros: The location, the building, grounds, history, cuisine and excellent staff.

Cons: The lack of tissues, no replacement of water, no hair conditioner. The bed wasnt made properly each day, i.e. bottom sheet wasnt smoothed and straightened.

Beautiful place and great experience overall

Pros: The place is very nice, staff is very thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast is really good, with lots of options and very good quality. They even provided a breakfast box for the day we went off very early.

Cons: The shuttle only takes you to two stops. The closest stop to the train station is around 30 minutes walking, so if you plan to visit Siena or Pisa for the day, you will need to use a Taxi, that costs around $30-40. Would mostly recommend if you are passing by with a car or just enjoying Florence itself.

Pros: I love the location and its definitely a historical building. Meaning Im a spoiled American and used to staying in contemporary clean modern hotels.. that being said the price was fantastic. It was a way from the city and a beautiful area.

Pros: The complete location of the hotel is wonderful. The Staff, Breakfast, and Room everything were above the expectations. I would recommend this hotel to other people if they are visiting Florence, Italy for a Business trip or a Vacation.
