I had a wonderful stay at Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites and highly recommend it.

Pros: we recently stayed at Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to cliffside views, restaurants, shops, and the local bus system. One of the highlights was the buffet-style breakfast, which was well done and much appreciated. The facilities were quiet and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites.

Cons: The balcony was a nice space but lacked privacy with neighboring suites. The swimming pool area was very nice place bask in the sun but the water temperature was too cold to enjoy being in the water.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, you definitely know you are in Santorini ! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Ioanna and Elena at the front desk for excellent service. The spa service was one of the best Ive experienced. Great facility, products and massage therapists. Highly recommend. Also thanks to Redi for his friendly, safe driving.

Lovely getaway.

Pros: The pool, room, staff, cozy bed, white towels and robes. Breakfast was also nice.

Cons: I had asked for a balcony before I had arrived they could not accommodate me for one. It did not seem that busy during my stay I was never informed about the full Spa until the day I was leaving, I decided to explore. Otherwise I would have utilized it.

Perfectly placed, super helpful team

Pros: Very central and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The famous Santorini sunset can be viewed free of charge just 1 minute from the hotel. We received a very warm welcome, the reception team were super helpful and attentive throughout. They had a brilliant system to keep sun beds free at all times - a very polite note was placed on each sun bed every day stating that unoccupied beds would have any books/towels/personal goods etc removed and placed behind the bar for safe keeping. It worked a treat, there was always a bed available and we were a party of 6.

Cons: Everything was wonderful with the exception of the presence of flies around the swimming pool. Fortunately I had some insect repellent with me which I had to keep using. I would have hoped that the hotel would have attempted to address this problem but we saw no evidence of any activity, just acceptance of the problem. We have been in other hotels where they have routinely sprayed to keep inspects to a minimum.

Well located, helpful service team.

Pros: Wonderful setting, excellent reception team who couldnt do enough to help you and look after you. A good poolside menu, sadly it was not offered beyond 6pm, even though the pool was open beyond this time. The only option is to go for the gourmet food in the restaurant.

Cons: There were lots of flies around the pool. The hotel didnt make any attempt to spray them or control them.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service in a great location.

Pros: Beautiful hotel that is located in an absolutely perfect location - right in the heart of everything going on in Fira, but still nice and quiet at night. Staff was wonderful as well, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and stress free.

One of the best locations - beside bus station and EVERYTHING you want to see and do.

Pros: The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. In particular, the reception Ana was so helpful and even upgraded our room for us. Such a great experience at this hotel. The location is PERFECT! So close to the Fira bus station (every bus goes through here from the island) and at the start of everything Fira has to offer in terms of restaurants, shops and the walk to the other towns. This hotel is incredible.

Stunning Hotel .

Pros: The Hotel was beutiful and spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, within walking distance of the Caldera and the nightlife. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly, they really couldn't do any more to help you. The food was exellent, from the buffet breakfast to the poolside lunch menus. All in all we loved our stay at Aressana hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Couldn't find anything we did not like.
