Cons: It s not a 4 stars hotel, maybe it was n 1900. Everything is old. The staff and management are also stuck back in time. They insisted to make a copy of my credit card. I insisted to make a preautorization for a deposit, to give them cash money for deposit until we live but they refused. It is not normal to make copy of the card, this are personal. Ask for depozit. For the towels from the pool they put me to sign on a small hand writted paper by the lady from the reception that n case I don't give them back I have to pay. We are n 2023, you could give us at check in a card for towels. This is not a hotel for a vacation.

Pros: The swimming pool with the bar is just exceptional including very kind barmen

Cons: The personnel at the reception desk rude and without any help. They refuse to make lunch pack requested at 5pm for the day after, they refuse registration 20 min before official timing, they didnt bring shampoo after request

I enjoyed the few days at this hotel. Fairly close to some lovely beaches if you have a car. Be mindful they dont take

Cons: Staff behind desk were not very helpful. Asked for card as deposit would not take Amex card yet I payed for the hotel on this and it also showed they took Amex on there door as you enter the hotel. Bathroom was small. And no coffee or tea making facilities

Pros: Very clean hotel and in very good condition.one very good member was the waiter who was doing the resedents bar a really nice guy very help full and friendly didnt get his name

Cons: Some of the staff not very nice ,on one occasion after my wife and i came back after a long day out we noticed the toilet paper was almost empty my wife went to the reception and was told you need to let us know this before 4pm we were out all day and the cleaners are supose to re stock the toilet paper when cleaning the room we should not have had to ask .also be vefy carefull this hotel has stealth charges you cant leave any of your own products in the fridge or they will 3e per item per day ( the warning card for this charge was hidden behind a bottle of water in the fridge not on the front door of the fridge it was not visible ) also there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we got there we tbought complimentry but they werent ,on the card it explains the cost is 3e per bottle .

Arbatax is a disappointing location and hotel is not what we would class as 4 star

Pros: spacious room with bath and tea making facilities

Cons: very dated, overlooking port with industrial cranes etc breakfast very basic with limited choices and people smoking on the terrace

Pros: The food is excellent. The half board basis offers four courses that are generous , varied and absolutely delicious. We have been coming to the Arbatasar hotel for four years running and cannot fault the hotel, staff or food.

Cons: The only little criticism would be that the swimming pool needs some attention.many little tiles are loose and also there should be a sign stating the depth of the pool.

Cons: So many unnecessary rules. Example: 3 euros per piece of item you put in the minibar. Only hotel snacks and beverages are allowed in it. Worst hotel breakfast weve ever had. Poor selection and bad quality.
