OK for one night.

Pros: Easy to find, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The room was very tired and was in need of an update. Bathroom screen was fixed so difficult to get to the taps. The sealant was grubby and tired. Extractor fan didnt work, so bathroom got very steamed up. The bedside lights were too close to the bed, so close that they were in the bed. (I suspect it was a smaller bed in the room originally) very small gap at the bottom of the bed to get round to the bathroom. This would have been very difficult if more people had have been staying in the apartment. Tv was wonky on the wall, which was annoying to watch. Room was cold, but no instructions on how to use the heating. Been to other city apartments and this was, unfortunately the worst.

Pros: Good location of the hotel(outskirts)close to McDonalds and shopping mall with Carrefour. Free parking.

Cons: The pictures in booking were completely different from what was the room in real...so depressing when we entered the same,super small and nothing to do with the distribution of beds,kitchen and bathroom. As soon as we arrived I realized I had used,dirty socks from previous guest under the bed!!So disguisting!! The room floor was sticky and dirty like noone cleaned it before our arrival. If you want to cook take your own pan/pot as they only provide plates,mugs,cutlery,etc. There is no oven,only microwave available. They ask you to wash your dishes but there is nothing provided for the same:sponge/liquid soap. We stayed 9 nights and there was no offer from the hotel staff side to at least change our towels or clean a bit our rooml(as we stayed with our belgian malinois) paying additional 10 euro each day for the dog. The experience was not woth the money paid and I have a feeling that they pick for "booking.com" the smallest and worst located rooms for the guests. We will never repeat this experience,happy to leave the place.

Useful and clean for 1 night stay

Pros: Location perfect for ferry connection. Clean comfortable beds

Cons: Fridge didnt work. Sockets for kettle and coffee machine were located near the floor

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: We had to search for another hotel after fully transferring our luggage to the room because the room main door lock was not working. The staff tried but it was in vain. Out of 10 tries the lock worked for 2 times. It was inconsistent. There were no other rooms available and we had to book ourselves another accommodation. It ruined the holiday mood especially after driving for 8 hours to Caen. The hallway was really smelly, the water closet was not clean at all and the cupboard door was broken that it was almost not usable. Will not recommend to anyone looking for comfortable stay with peace of mind

Cons: Luck of evening stuff, and paid extra room which not needed, waste of money, two rooms more than enough for my family of 7 people, should one room for 4 person and one room for 3 person. Regards
