    Lovely property in a perfect location--however badly in need of basic renovation and working A/C!

    Pros: The staff is wonderful, they went out of their way to be helpful! Location was perfect--extremely convenient! Breakfast and roof top restaurant/bar was fabulous!
    Cons: The airconditioning did not work AT ALL. This has been mentioned in several reviews and is true. Room was pretty but paint was badly chipped, did not have adequate nightstands (were old vinyl footstools that were cracked) and the lighting in room and bathroom were extremely inadequate. I feel strongly that the property could be easily updated, as it is generally a lovely building. It is so busy there that money to do these fixups should not be a problem!

    Pros: Staff are amazing and the location is perfect to roam around Rome. We didn't even use any transportations while staying in Rome except, of course, on arrival and departure. Everything is a walking distance.
    Cons: On the second day, the lift wasn't working so we were forced to use the stairs after 6 hours of walking around the city but I guess that was a blessing in disguise since we had to burn all the carbs we consumed on that day.

    Perfect location to experience all the sights of Rome

    Pros: Great location next to Piazza Navona and an easy walk to all the key sights. Plenty of great restaurants nearby but you cant go past the rooftop bar for an aperitivo.
    Cons: The lift is slow and has a mind of its own. Fine if youre happy to wait or take the stairs but four flights with dodgy knees but this difficult for us.

    Very poor

    Pros: The hotel is glib, and the staff at the roof top bar require a reservation when there is no one there, they made us feel really unwelcome. They provide basic amenities, no kettle, no glasses, no iron, no telephone, no coffee or tea, old linen and it was just dusty and unappealing. Location was good. I don't normally comment when negative, but people deserve to know.

    Cons: The neighborhood is close to the bus station to take you to the air port but is a little sketchy to walk around at night

    A basic hotel but located in a great area.

    Pros: It is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to so many sites. It has a roof terrace with a bar. Nice to return for a drink outside. We were leaving early for a tour one day and asked about an early start for breakfast. They were able to accommodate.
    Cons: The hotel is very basic. Room lighting and bathroom lighting is a little dim. The AC only comes on when the master key is in the slot by the door. They only give you one key so when you leave the room the AC is shut off. Makes for a very warm room when you return which does take some time to cool down.

    Pros: The location was perfect.
    Cons: It was Hot in the room. No filter on air conditioning vent. You could see particles floating in the air. The air conditioner was on a timer so you had to reset it after a few hours.

    Amazing location, stunning rooftop bar, great staff but over-priced for the quality of the room.

    Pros: Amazing location and beautiful rooftop bar, staff were brilliant.
    Cons: The room was tired, the air conditioning was loud and inefficient. No coffee making facilities. Shower head would not stay upright, and the shower plug hole was blocked with a large plug of hair.

    A charming hotel in a good location for a low maintenance traveler

    Pros: This hotel is in an amazing location. We were able to walk to all the major sites and take breaks at the hotel when needed. Our room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the safe and refrigerator in the room. The rooftop bar is gorgeous - the garden is outstanding.
    Cons: The bathroom, although clean, looked like it could use a deep cleaning along the grout. The air conditioning was regulated by the hotel, so we couldnt change it. Though the room was cooler than outside, it was not as cool as we preferred. Unfortunately, the drinks on the rooftop were very pricey.
