Great stay but a little bit noisy

Pros: The location was great, close to everything, shops, sights and lots more. It was very nice and clean, we got a new water bottle each day and also more toiletries which was nice. The staff was very nice and friendly also

Pros: It was located in a fantastic location 5 minute walk from Haiga Sophia, Topaki place and the blue mosque. Beside the tram line and close to the grand bazar. Sinan at breakfast was fantastic. Also, Massa, the restaurant beside the hotel was excellent. Great food and fantastic staff!

Excellent location, overall nice stay, recommended.

Pros: Location: The location of the hotel room couldn't be better. Situated just a stone's throw away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, it offers great convenience for exploring Istanbul's historical treasures. Additionally, the tram line being a mere 2-minute walk away makes getting around the city a breeze. Breakfast: The breakfast provided at this hotel was delightful. With a wide array of options, predominantly Turkish cuisine, there's something to suit every palate. However, it's worth noting that there was only one type of salami for meat lovers, which might be limiting for some guests. Staff: Polite and friendly. They changed the room on the spot because the balcony door was not properly closing and helped us with the luggage.

Cons: Noise Level: The proximity to restaurants downstairs results in some noise filtering into the room, particularly at night. Unfortunately, the windows aren't soundproof, but this inconvenience is manageable. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room could have been better. While it wasn't unacceptable, there were areas that could have used more attention. Wearing slippers is recommended.

Pros: The hotel is in a very accessible location, we were on public transport from SAW airport in about 1,5 hours. Breakfast was sufficient, small change every day. The rest of the stay was quiet, rooms nice and clean, staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons: On the second night of our stay, we had someone break into our room around midnight - they entered the correct access code, took the doorknob, but luckily we had it locked from the inside with a mechanical latch or they would have gotten in. The fact that someone else knew the access code didn't sit well with us considering we had valuables in the room. There are restaurants below the hotel with outdoor seating late into the night and it is impossible to sleep without earplugs as the windows leak.

Pros: The location is excellent. With a breakfast bar at the top, which has beautiful views. Breakfast itself was lovely. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were really comfortable too. Windows could be opened which allowed air. Good WiFi in the room.

Cons: It did not appear that we could attach a fire stick to the tv as there was a wooden frame around the tv. This was a bit of a shame as there were no satellite channels and with the use of a fire stick we could have enjoyed a bit of tv/ film one evening. Perhaps the staff could have helped with this had we asked. Also there was the smell of mould in the bathroom which was unpleasant but this could be resolved with mould cleaner and plenty of airing.

The hotel is fine for short stays in Istanbul: perfect location, good breakfasts and helpful staff.

Pros: The view from the roof restaurant is nice, makes breakfasts really pleasant. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The rooms are not very clean and renovated, small, but look quite nice.

Cons: Only when we arrived we were told, that the bed in our room had been broken. The receptionist asked us to stay one night in another hotel (saying that it is even better however, the room there wasnt convenient for us and wasnt clean enough). The next day we had to come once again to Anthemis Hotel to get the room. You should be ready for the music and other loud sounds from the street even after 00:00.

Nice people! Amazing location

Pros: The Location was amazing, just 2 min from the blue mosque and from the nearby tram, it was really easy to use public transportation. The people working we're very nice and eager to help! The transfer service works really nicely both ways! Thank you!

Cons: In our bedroom the air-conditioning didn't work, the good thing is that we went in the beginning of sprig, so we didn't use it. But it is important to fix that for both winter and summer time. Our shower after 5min using the water was almost a "pool" the water didn't went down. On the breakfast there was too much turkish thing and antipasti things, my suggestion is to have more occidental stuff to the tourist.
