Pros: Excellent location and great staff. However beds way too soft and I don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed at all

Pros: Bell boys guys are only staff who happy to see you in the hotel. Location is the only one advantage of the hotel

Cons: We were 2 adults and my 8 year old. When I booked it said that she stays for free, but the room had only one double bed. What does staying for free means then???? She had nowhere to sleep than on the floor. When I asked what could be done, the response was to change me to a room with two twin beds… which would be the same or get my money back and go get another hotel

Incredible customer service

Pros: The location was amazing. But wasn’t as amazing as the staff. Out of all the hotels this has to have been the best staff that have experienced. They went above and beyond for our stay every single day. Felt welcomed everytime they saw us coming in.

Cons: Only one complaint for overall trip they didn’t have a bathtub haha. Only complaint can find for location.
