Cons: All facilities were dirty rust in the tub and toilet there was mold in the air vent one of the staff was very rude. I for one wouldn’t recommend this place when you’re trying to get away but are sick

Cons: Check in was interesting due to 1) the bullet-resistant glass and slide under for docs, 2) the clerk who was too busy playing a game on his phone, 3) no access to lobby due to the door being locked and having no handle. Well on to the room. After getting at least a bit of attention I was told that the room was on the second floor, on the back. I pull my luggage to the stairs to find a pile of vomit. I had pre-paid this room so I pushed on to see what other treasures awaited. At the top of the creaky wood stairs is my room and more vomit. I find the room and written on the door in Sharpie is “pull handle up”, I also note the frame is out of shape. Not a good sign. I fidgeted with the key until I could open the door and am greeted with a “beep!” The beep is the smoke alarm due to either a) bad wiring b) the smell of drugs smoked. It beeped every minute or so. There is no secondary lock on the door on the inside. The bed is crap. The shower is not clean. The chairs are lumpy. And then there is the door, with no security. Took about 5 minutes on my phone and I found another hotel within 5 minutes travel and bailed. Lost about 400USD. And then spent another 600USD. It was Thanksgiving weekend, lucky to find anything. When I arrived at the other hotel the clerk was surprised that I had just made the reservation. I told her where I was previously and said “Oh, Honey. You don’t want to be there. You are safe now.” I told this story to 2 other people on my trip. One is a paramedic and said “Are you kidding? I have pulled numerous ODs from there.” I will not say what the other said, but it was actually worse. Amazingly this place is a short distance from the police department headquarters and a major luxury car seller. Any reviews you see rating this place highly should be treated as suspect.

Cons: Its not in a safe location, so many homeless people around. In the place itself, people staying there come out of their room, walk around staring at you when you try to go to your room, saying something. The door was not locked, I had to put a table in front of it because I was scared. 2 dead bugs in the room.

Cons: Everything. When I checked in, I had booked through booking.com a 2 bed room, non-smoking room, which they did not grant. The person who checked us in, told us that it wasn't available because booking.com messed it up, although I believe it was him. He was a complete jerk. When I asked to talk to a manager, he would not let me. I had to film the occasion it was so egregious, which he took exception to. So my son and I stayed in an absolutely filthy room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in maybe 15 years. IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM, so my son had to inhale unacceptable air quality, and we had to share a queen bed. I wouldn't wish a stay there on anybody. I regret booking that location.
