The lack of clean linens...

Pros: Location was great

Cons: Room smelled of wet dogs. Chips throughout the pullout couch and linens. Holes in the drywall. Overall the quality of the room was terrible.

Renter beware, good location, but...

Pros: The location was perfect, and the coffee was good. The breakfast was passable, basic but nice it was included. The pool was a nice size and had a good-sized deep end if you wanted to actually swim. It's not great for my 4 year old but great for older water lovers. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I must say, the elevator was also good for a laugh.

Cons: Our first room was musty, smelled damp, and was infested with ants. It was not clean, and when I opened the drawer in the bedside, I was greeted with the previous renters condoms and sex lube. The pillows were lumpy, and the towels were very thin. The freezer in the mini fridge was in desperate need of a defrosting, and again, I found sprinkles in the freezer compartment from a previous renter. We moved rooms the next morning and our next room was only slightly better. The ant problem was gone, but the room was musty again. And one of the beds looked like it was folding in half. We were able to fix it by re-seating the box spring into the frame, but it was obvious the bed was quite old. It was not very comfortable even after not folding its sleepers in half! You were also not able to sit up in bed leaning agaisnt the wall unless you wanted to lauch yourself across the room, as the old style wheeled frame on the laminet was ready and willing to move..The valance was half off. Again, I fixed it by reattached the velcro, but that should have been done when the room was being cleaned. Speaking of cleaning, I feel like this was not done. After our second night, our room was not cleaned, our beds were not tidied or re-made, and our floor was not swept. When I was searching for some missing toys, I found some relics from a previous renter under the bed, including some old socks, a towel, and a healthy layer of dust and hair.

Cons: Facility appearance. Dirty and stinky carpets in hallways. Needs to be renovated. Walls with holes. Cleaning needs to be improved also.Cafeteria room too small and crowded

Pros: Very Clean. Jacuzzi, fire place, microwave and fridge, definite pluses. Most importantly great customer service. Really short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls (both American and Canadian).

Cons: Some rust in the sink. Breakfast could use some scrambled eggs and bacon.

Cons: Dirty, no shower, just the tub, to clear my hair I had to use a bottle of water! Breakfast was good, waffles done at the moment
