Great value stay where the staff go above and beyond

Pros: Staff attitude was great, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Especially Izabella and Marvin on reception. Beach was fab, food was great even in the buffet on the beach and main building. Entertainment was good. Rooms were cute with a hammock. Smaller resort to easier to get around and get to know staff Clean, good service Most rooms a couple of minutes from the beach Beach activities good Wasn't too busy so we had chairs on beach and by pool if we wanted. Staff really do their best to please you which totally made our stay lovely - as well as the lovely food (as some of the bigger resorts fall down on buffet quality)

Cons: No premium brand alcohol Couldnt turn air con off Reception a little overrun - they need more support Hard to book restaurants unless you have a 3 day stay

The hotel was very enjoyable and worth the price. Good variety of food at the buffet.

Pros: Lovely beach, safe environment, really ecological environment, family friendly, basketball court, tennis court, etc.

Cons: Since the roof is kinda porous, the air conditioning wasnt optimum. The room was cool, but I never felt too cold and needed a thick blanket.

Pros: Horrible place! Smells bad! Tried two different rooms and finally found a different location and left two days early because the smell was unbearable.

Cons: The private beach and even that smelled like poop but thats not the resort issue.

Worth it for a short period

Pros: - The staff was mostly friendly. When you give them even small tips - you get extra service and care. - The beach and location are wonderful, 20 minutes walk from wild beaches. Currency exchange and 7-eleven were nearby. - Food was great, I had plenty of choices even as a vegetarian. The Italian restaurant was particularly good, but be prepared for small portions. (order more!) - Servers were really friendly. - Drinks were more or less good, depends on bartender and their mood.

Cons: - Strict policy of water for an all inclusive hotel. You can't get water at the reception and must wait until the next room cleaning. So let's say if you've used 2 bottles during the day (for this climate it's quite possible), you will be without any water in a room at night and must go a long distance to get a glass of water from a bar (if opened). Totally inconvenient. - The room wasn't really cleaned as expected for a 4-star hotel, even tips weren't helpful. - The room itself was like in a 3-star hotel, I expected a little bit better. - The roof wasn't concrete so we could listen everything that was happening outside, including disco and noisy guests. - This hotel is really focused on Mexicans. So if you don't speak Spanish, you will have difficulties in communication and feel like a white crow, especially at events.

Pros: The location is good. There is food in abundance, but not the best quality.

Cons: Receptionists. How can a big hotel have those receptionists? Three males; all of them angry and lazy, everything makes them unhappy, even the hotel's faults. Our room never had hot water, they were angry because we asked them to fix it. It was never fixed. They were angry from the beginning until the end. We concluded they hate their jobs. This hotel looks old. We wouldn't come back at half the price. It is impossible to give this hotel a good recommendation.

A complete and utter rip off, grim food, broken A/C watered down drinks

Pros: I liked the fact that it was close to the sea, that was it, along with one or two friendly members of staff

Cons: This was touted as all inclusive, when in reality what it offered was very very cheap buffet food with limited possibility to reserve the three speciality restaurants. From the point of check in with the clueless staff taking forever to do anything, then not explaining anything to us regarding what was available or even the info around the meals, the whole experience was worse than the grimmest Butlins holiday camp. The buffet food was bland, limited and with cheap processed meat (apart from the chicken). The alcohol was extremely watered down to the point that the staff even laughed at the quality of it. The room itself had a noisy clanging AC unit that was reported to the uninterested reception staff along with the non working TV. The place was a shambles masquerading as anything above 2 star. A complete and utter rip off with no customer service at all.

Cons: Room had a leak, housekeeping did not clean the room as requested, information in the brochure was inaccurate, telephone did not work nor was repaired when reported, reservations for specialty dinning was not available via phone or reception, only one hour per day is not acceptable, bar ran out of glasses various times so the food during peak hours, some staff was not friendly

Cons: Rooms smelt musty and unpleasant, clothes felt damp in wardrobe. Water coming through the ceiling in one room. Food was average .

Cons: Little to none ac in rooms. We did get a new room 24 hours later after being persisted. This room had acceptable ac. The only real ac is in the spa and the gift shop. The restaurant/only restaurant we were allowed to go had very little ac.

Great location, amazing beach, everything else sucks.

Pros: The location was amazing and the beach was truly breathtaking. It is the best beach experience Ive ever had.

Cons: The check in process took about 4 hours, which is outrageous. The A/C was not working in my room, neither was the shower. The doors strike plate broke and the door wouldnt close. We asked for a queen or king bed in our double room but instead got two full beds. The mini fridge was not working either. The food was truly underwhelming, even for a cheap all inclusive. The staff kept enforcing the dress code on me and my group but yet let others walk around clearly violating it. I had stayed the previous week at a different all inclusive which was miles better, and it was only around a 15 dollar difference per night.

Pros: If you want a budget friendly vacation that still provides beautiful accommodations, then stay here. Ive stayed here 3 times now in the last 18 months. What I like is that its affordable, the location cannot get better & the staff are incredibly welcoming and kind. The food was tolerable. Some nights it was great, other nights not so much. I did enjoy the breakfast as it was simple and had a nice variety. The location is only a 10$ cab ride to Fifth Avenue and takes about 35 minutes. The drinks are also good and the bartenders will treat you like family. I am looking forward to visiting again!

Cons: The food can be improved. Everything else has been wonderful.

Bad for a birthday trip

Pros: The bed it self had bedbugs and had to be change to a different room. On top of the front desk was only open 9-10:05 to make reservations for dinner. Couldnt book dinner for other nights. Only able to book for on date of booking .

Cons: Beside the bed bugs , dinner reservations were hard to get due to the fact the front desk to book dinner was only open from 8 AM to 10:05 AM.there was always a line you couldnt book for future dates you had to book on the day of you wanting to request to die for dinner. Staff tired to over sale packages for activities, while dining for lunch. Big inconvenience
