Pros: Beautiful pools and beach with plenty of lawn chairs available.

Cons: I wasn't a fan of the food. I also didn't like that the specialty restaurants were only available 1 reservation for every 3 days at the resort.

Pros: Great pools and slide area. The entertainment in the evenings is outstanding! The gymnastics, dance acts, singers - all excellent. The childrens disco however see below. The food was OK - some offerings better than others. But always something to eat. Great location with swimming pools / bars and beach! The drinks - cocktails mostly sugar syrup, but if you ask for preferred spirits / mixers etc its all available and included.

Cons: Initially given wrong room (a small with 1 double, despite booking for 2 double beds for 3 of us). When we informed reception there was no apology and they were quite curt. We were given another room right next to the entertainment - which doesnt finish until 22:30 and we had our 3yo with us so sleeping was difficult (asked to change again the following day and advised this was not possible) as it happened we ended up staying up for the entertainment as it was so amazing so wasnt a problem after 2 nights. You need to book the restaurants the morning after the day of your arrival - despite doing this and being entitled to 2 restaurant meals - there was only 1 slot on out last night available in any of the restaurants - this was Italian and the food was awful - sweet pasta sauces (no need for sugar), mains came immediately after our starters arrived which was odd, lasagne was cold so asked to be reheated - by the time it was returned others had finished, and the bowls were scalding, daughter burned herself when it arrived, and then on tasting was 90% salt (hyperbole but I mean it was very salty and inedible). Would have preferred the buffet. We didnt wait for our desserts. The kiddie disco is advertised on the daily internet activities and poolside board as being 20:40 - despite arriving at this time it was never on time: 1st 2 nights they were surprised to be told we were expecting it and then quickly gave the kids 10minutes before the main show (which meant playing a game and kicking out the youngest first - very unfair as this was what she was most excited about). A few songs for 30min on stage would be brilliant, instead they got one dance and one knock out game. The kids club is from 4yrs so couldnt go yet - but went by to see some of the activities and the room was locked? I wonder if too few turned up so it was cancelled?

Pros: Relaxed atmosphere in the resort, food is good with nice variety, mostly very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: The room was quite small for a family of 4. Room smelled of mold, probably from the A/C, this was not a problem for us though because we did not use the A/C and just kept the windows open. The service at the Italian restaurant was rushed.

Great hotel great value for money.

Pros: Great place to relax. Beautiful beach and pools and everything you need there. The room was really nice too with AC and fan as well. The personal was also super friendly and the Asian restaurant dinner was amazing!

Cons: The only thing I could complain about were the quality of the drinks (complex cocktails weren't really good, all the rest was good) and that the music was a bit loud on the beach.

Cons: Food is marginal except for the Japanese specialty restaurant. Been waiting for the food to improve since 1998. If they rebuild parts of the property that burned in a fire they need to build two additional restaurants that are good!!

Pros: Ok for the price. Ok if you want loud ambience throughout the day. There is always some sort of music and/or entertainment.

Cons: Not a place to rest. There is always some loud music or entertainment in the pool and beach area. Come to this placenif you want sunset to be spoiled by loud uncultured music.

We had a relaxing and fun stay thanks to the amenities, including the water park and kids club!

Pros: As a family of five, we were very happy to have adjoining rooms and to be close to the water park. Our children loved playing in the water park; then, swimming in the pools and finally, visiting the beach.

Cons: The food was not the best, but edible and no one got sick.

Pros: Definitely, the staff. I've never encountered better, and I used to work in the hotel industry! The food was also better than expected, though one needs to choose carefully at the buffets. ;-)

Cons: Sadly, there was a raw sewage backup when we got there. The smell persisted for days. Not sure what happened. The rooms were all a bit musty, too. Had to wash our clothes twice when we got home.

Pros: Loved the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face when talking to them. The grounds, the rooms and the pools were all kept very clean. Plenty of food options and drinks were always available. The tour guys in the lobby were very helpful as well. HIGHLY recommend using the car/scooter rental shop across the street from this resort.

Cons: The cash only upgrade to premium was a scam. No reason to upgrade to premium level but the receptionist made us believe we would not get access to the beach or to the pools if we did not give her a large sum of cash at check in.

Great location for diving...good food, no fuss, and excellent facilities.

Pros: The choice and variety of food was excellent. Great meals and great service.

Cons: Had to pay 72 pesos to use the dock.
