Cons: Hello, I am a VERY Frequent guest to All Seasons, staying there approximately 8-10 times within the past year. I checked out this morning at approximately 10:15 am, leaving the room behind very orderly, as I always do. At approximately 2:00pm I received a phone call from the front office. The woman stated that housekeeping said a trash bin was missing. Now, nor would I ever steal anything from anyone , to be blatantly accused of stealing a trash bin! Is not ok with me. I simply informed her that upon check in there was only one trash bin in the bathroom, I found this strange but it didn't even occur to me I needed to bother the front desk about only having one trash bin. So, since I decided to shrug off only having one bin, I am then accused the next day of stealing it? This is absurd and ridiculous and not ok. I will probably never stay at All Seasons Again ... What a shame because I was planning on staying there for the New Year. Well, New Year, maybe new policies... Whomever the housekeeper was that cleaned the room should be held accountable, did she move it or was it gone when you entered the room to clean it prior to a New Arrival...I would start there... Happy New Year

Cons: The mini refrigerator was noisy,the old & weathered balcony furniture was ripped & left in front of the slider,slider screen had a large tear in it,hot tub & pool needs a GOOD CLEANING

Pros: pool looked nice and had breakfast available

Cons: left did not stay due to distance to room to walk..size of room small balcony offer was looking out on lumber and dumpsters out back and found cockroaches in room so turned in key and left..asking for refund..called booking .com first also....had asked for another room and was told no other rooms were available..after bugs did not want to stay anyway..had to go elsewhere in town..never had this experience before!!
