    Our stay was so so at the property! Other than that the beach was amazing.

    Pros: The property is located in an excellent location with the beach and Quinta Avenida at its doorsteps.
    Cons: There is no maintenance in the property nor do they take care of the pool! The pool needs maintenance! Its a must at a hotel.

    Perfect location but they need to update mattresses, bedding and cleaning pool.

    Relaxing central location to the beach

    Pros: I love that this place is right on the beach. It has a great view of the ocean. Balcony has chairs to sit and enjoy the view and there is a very nice breeze. The architect of this hotel made it so the breeze runs through everything very nicely. Love that they provide beach chairs for you to sit at throughout the day. Its another big reason I selected this place. The pool its nice to dip into after the ocean though its small. They also had hot water.
    Cons: I stayed in a beach pink flamingo room. Its cute but looks oldish. Felt that it could of been cleaner. Bed was a little hard and didnt have a comforter just very thin blankets. I liked it but thought there was better places to stay on the beach for similar price. I also didnt like that they lock the entrance to the beach at 7 pm which seemed a little early.

    Decieving, not like pictures. Left and rented another hotel.

    Pros: nothing
    Cons: it was not like the pictures, door knob was missing bottom lock, and door had indentations of forced entry, safe also had no lock. Dirty, smelly and in bad shape. Pink refrigerator was rusty inside as well as AC units outside were corroded. Felt unsafe.

    Paying the price for not reading reviews

    Pros: Just the guy attending the front desk in the morning (check-out) was very kind. The man that attended us in the evening during the check-in meh.
    Cons: The room has a very strange arrangement. The forniture looks very old. Even the microwave stand was very dirty, dusty spiderwebs all around. Poor WiFi quality. Just one towel per bed when we booked for 6.

    Pros: The location is fantastic. Close to shopping and on the beach. Friendly staff.
    Cons: There is a club close by where the music blares until 2am and could not sleep. The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The curtains were barely hanging, and it took all your might to open the sliding glass door.
