Pros: Great service from all the staff. Fantastic breakfast and plenty of coffee. Two lovely hotel cats to enjoy.

Cons: Location was a bit restrictive and a car is needed to explore, however there are nice places to eat nearby including La Secca, The Small and the hotel itself.

Pros: The hotel a bit old but very special and quiet and unique. The owner is very nice and the breakfast was fine. Ask them to do your omelette with no oil.

Pros: This place is amazing! We had booked this our final night to enjoy a pool day after all the walking on our trip to Tuscany. Everything from start to finish was so tranquil and relaxing. The staff are amazing, some of the most friendly people. Rooms were beautiful and bed amazingly comfortable. Weve already talked about coming back! I also have to mention the restaurant is spectacular, we both agreed it might have been the best meal weve ever had. 10/10, must visit if youre in the Lucca area.

Pros: Very convenient to Lucca Centro Historico. Good selection at breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was good.

Cons: Ground floor rooms can be affected by guests disregarding the polite notice to close the lobby door quietly.

Pros: + Staff was just great, lovely and gave us the feeling of 'home' + Great room, very clean, old tuscany touch but in a good way + not many people can sleep here so it's quite and everyone respects that + Location was great because it was way on the countryside and no disturbances here + pool was great, garden was cut perfectly and was beautiful + you can rent a vespa for 80 whole day and just 40 if you take it just for the evening - we drove into pisa and the way there was magical - we absolutely loved it

Cons: - nothing really except that we had to leave - only thing we could mention is that we got a receit for the snack in the bar with just the price and not how much everything cost. overall it was perfect! we recommend staying here and we will come back!nn

Experience Tuscany in a beautiful hotel.

Pros: Beautiful location, building, lovely rooms and garden. Incredibly peaceful area and great to visit neighbouring towns like Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Wonderful staff as well, all very helpful and there was always someone there to help. A real find and great way to experience Tuscany. Surrounded by fantastic countryside .

Cons: The food at breakfast was a bit of a let down. Whilst they did ensure we had our gluten free bread option, there was hardly any hot food available for breakfast. The eggs were mostly overcooked or they had run out even when there were lots of people at breakfast. Decaffeinated coffee was instant and the tea was lukewarm. Its a shame as the breakfast is an important part of the stay and the view outside was lovely. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was nice.
