Excellent and exceed our expectations.

Pros: The place was brilliant, it was in a little village which had everything you needed. The rooms was stunning and very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The spa and pool was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: Could have had a bit more variety for the evening meals. Evening meal was pricy for the choice you had.

Pros: Traditional and modern, really well kept. Rooms are spacious and fitted with everything you might need. Breakfast is great together with the noon snack offered by the property (you still pay for drinks though). Really close to the city center but still quiet. Spa area is nice but tiny.

Cons: The price doesnt justify the level of service. We got there at midnight on Friday night and left at 10 am on Sunday morning. We paid 200 a night and were not allowed to use the spa after checking out on Sunday, unless we paid an extra 50 per person. Basically we could only use the spa facilities (main reason of our visit) only for one day, while paying for a 2-days stay. It was totally unexpected since weve never had this kind of treatment before, weve always been able to use hotel properties on the day of checkout.

Cons: some utensils in the kitchen. spa was a bit crowded and not very intimate. breakfast was a bit disappointing . i also asked the reception for a bottle opener and was explained that they dont send to the room one and i can come to reception and open it there that was kind of wiered

Cons: I was very disappointed. I booked a suite and send per mail feedback I will be traveling with a young medium dog and my son of 5 years. the suite was nice but was 16 DEGREES??? - also the key card didnt work so we had to ask every time to ope the door. during the weekend we went walking and came back and our room was left open??? somebody of the staff came inside without any authorization and took the key card of the room - as everything was off and left the door open??? so they could steal out belongingsI checked out and I had to pay additionally for a suite with 4 beds an additional bed for my sonwho is now Ill based on the cold temperature next to my dogall not mentioned before on the sitealso to check in at 4PM and checkout at 10 am I never saw in my whole lifespa opens at 10 amall calculatedhello goodbye mentalityas a frequent flyer and user of hotels around the worldthis was my worst experience!
