    Perfect hotel in a gorgeous location!

    Pros: We had a lovely stay at the hotel! We reserved the Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had two bathrooms, a little kitchen that was tucked away and a stocked mini bar. Dinner at the hotel was fantastic and service at the restaurant was impeccable.

    Cons: An old room. If you want to use the wellness area you have to walk true the restaurant. One of the saunas was not working the same for the steambath and for the yacuzzi you need to make a reservation.

    Cons: We wanted to have dinner at the hotel. We were seated in the worst possible(and small) table. We waited to be served for nearly 20 minutes; We were still not attended then We stopped A Passing-by Waiter to remind Ourselves. She simply said, ''It is not Me serving to Your Table, let me send The Waite in charge,'' and went away. Still waited a few more minutes, and of no awail. We left the premises and ate in the next hotel(Luckily, They were awailabe or Good Hosts to accept us, because, there was no other place to eat within the walking distance.

    Wonderful

    Short stop

    Pros: The location is very good to Stuttgart and some good hiking route around. The restaurant services very good dishes, especially the fish. We ate in all 3 nights. Breakfast is good, bed, internet is good. We enjoyed our short stay
    Cons: the temperature of the shower is bit difficult to adjust, but this is not a show stopper.

    Cons: the price for the rooms is getting higher and higher..we know this hotel for more than 20 years and we see that it is getting double expensive as it was before

    Nicer staff in the evening would have made a great difference to the way I felt about the hotel

    Pros: Breakfast was good, with a decent range.
    Cons: The wait staff in the evening were offhand to the point of being rude. The staff at breakfast were much nicer.

    Lovely place near Castle. Better for drivers.

    Pros: The room and location was amazing. The restaurant was lovely. It is close to Schloss Lichtenstein.
    Cons: The communication was challenging for English speaker as far as directions to how to get to castle without a car. I wanted the bus and thought she was saying there was no bus but had to walk up. I thought she said the bus stopped at hotel and went no further. I later understood she meant that was the bus stop (to go further). It all worked out, but I wish I had them call me a car because many trees were down on path. The manager listened to my concerns to be clear to future guests when I finally returned.
