    Pros: The front desk was very helpful. The older part of the hotel was straight out of a horror film. The pictures of the rooms are a bait and switch. Make sure your room is in the newer parts.

    Cons: You can get the iron mark removed from the toilet bowl in room 27 by using the fine stealwool and any cleaning agent. The person just needs to use a rubber glove. That was unsightly

    Price yes, service yes, aesthetic, cleanliness and comfort level no!

    Pros: It was close to the airport, it was secure and they offer a complimentary shuttle service which I appreciate.
    Cons: The room I stayed in looked pretty different from the photo. The pillows smelled funny, there was hair on the bed, the mirror was dirty and rusty, and overall the place felt like a much older establishment, that could use a facelift. I feel like they should consider repainting in lighter colours, modernizing their fixtures, and possibly staying in other establishments themselves and comparing the experience and aesthetic. I usually stay at the Marriott, comfort inn, Hilton etc, and these all feel very clean and pristine. I did not have that impression of airport suites. The staff however were friendly, courteous, and pleasant to deal with, from a service perspective, theyre on the right path. Aesthetically there is room much for improvement, I really dont need to see your plumbing fixtures under your sink or dirty mirrors, far less hair on the bed
