Great stay to enjoy ski and the spa at central location of the Moena.

Pros: Excalent stay. Central location, parking at the location, easy access to the rooms, spa, pool and wellness centre to relax and enjoy after ski.

Cons: Just as suggestion, for consideration. I would need softer beds. Sorting of garbage for me was challanging as there was more options than i used to. I didnt understand the timing of heater in WC to dry towels.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at Adler Clyb Rrsidence. Well organized Spa zone with pool, sauna, turkish bath and relax zones helps to restore after the skiing. Personal is helpful and supportive. Also location ensures a comfortable late check-in. Definitely recommend for winter family vacation.

Cons: I suggest, car parking for guests could be included in the price. However, it costs additional 7 per day.

AirBnB, not a 4 star hotel

Pros: Good location, nearly shops and restaurants. Apartment was warm and comfortable, but unfortunately not cleaned sufficiently upon check in. Pet friendly- dogs are welcome. Parking is available for a fee.

Cons: Not sufficiently cleaning upon check in, towels and sheets were not changed for 7 nights, no cleaning during the entire stay ( all this is possible for an additional fee). Pool full with children, unattended by their parents, jumping and screaming. Wellness area too small for guests of the hotel, naked men in the sauna and noisy children despite the ban of them. Breakfast area cant accommodate all guests, one of the days we were told there is no availability although we wanted to book in advance and that we should ask in the morning, if we can go to breakfast ( 14 euro pp) You are charged 15 euro per day for a dog, but again no cleaning, in this case a flat fee would be more reasonable. The top of the cherry is that you are required to take out the trash upon check out and to clean the kitchen, if not there is penalty of 50 euros. Unreasonable for a 4 star hotel, more likely for a hostel or a camp..

Pros: Very good stay for skiing with family. Nice pool and spa in the hotel. Location is excellent in the center of the city. Heated ski box next to garage is the best.

Last thing I remember about the hotel is their trash cans, as I was made to take out my trash.

Pros: The place is clean and fine.

Cons: The gym is just stationary bike, an orbitrek and a track. Thats not a gym by any standards. Not a single dumbbell or a bench or anything for weightlifting. But ok, thats fine. Threatening your visitors with a fine if they dont take out the trash, now that is ridiculous.

Pros: Perfect location just next to the ski-bus stop (a couple of minutes drive to AlpeLusia ski resort). Good ski-room (separated lockers for each apartment). Well-equipped kitchen. Very good breakfast.
