Ideal location.

Pros: Perfect location- lift took you down to Plimmer steps! Great the room had a microwave as well as the usual kettle. Good air-conditioning. The reception looked after our bags for a few hours after check out which was helpful. Sky TV had tennis on so we were happy!

Cons: I chose this hotel for two reasons - free parking and WiFi. Unfortunately, our car did not fit through the gate and we had to park on the street for a fee, which is problematic because it is in the city center. WiFi also worked poorly, especially between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. I reported it to the staff but they were unable to help.

Pros: We liked that it accommodated me and two other friends.

Cons: The door to someone else's room in our room. Them banging on the walls and door all night. The elevator card not working. The room didn't provide a Bible at all. Or a sink for water. We had to use the bathroom sink for water. There is alot that could be done to make the stay alot better.

Pros: Location was good and the staff were friendly

Cons: Fridge and air con in the room were super loud, had to turn off aircon and unplug the fridge. City view means view of the building next door, wifi was terrible, reverted back to mobile data and the TV was useless with nothing but static.

Ok stay - no thrills...

Pros: It was ok - no thrills.

Cons: The worst thing for us was that when we arrived, they didn’t have a parking space for us in the garage. Ok fair enough. But the staff then advised that they can book a place next door for the same rate (35$) and we did that. The place though was also full and we ended up on the 4th.l floor with no elevator and a lot of luggage. That’s not the worst though. When we checked the prices at the place it actually was - for our time which we told at check in - half the price. I thing for people arriving late and leaving early it’s best not the book the car place at the hotel and just go directly next door. Shame though the staff doesn’t advise on this.
