It was a good location...

Pros: The little kitchen included all of the appliances, dishes, and utensils we needed to prepare and eat meals. The king size bed had a good, comfortable mattress and a nice comforter. The bathtub was nice and big. There was an electric fire that quickly heated the living room space. The suite had been well cleaned.

Cons: The carpets, tile and drapes are worn and could really use an update. The blankets provided for the sofa bed were thin and not warm enough. Some of the photographs decorating the walls were ugly and strange. The walls separating the units are thin, and we could hear our neighbors playing music and talking loudly late into the night.

Pros: The balcony was very nice and the room was spacious with 2 chairs to sit on , instead of sitting on the bed, Bathroom and shower were nice.

Cons: The front door lock was loose but did work but someone could of easily broke in .

Pros: Location, price, friendly staff, pet friendly ❤️

Cons: The bathroom was not clean enough. Our rooms had a door connecting to the next room, so we were able to hear EVERYTHING. Also, staff did not check about pets being alone in the rooms.

Cons: The counter staff were extremely unwelcoming. I felt unwelcome. That it was a problem to provide service to myself and spouse. The beds have changed and no longer are as comfy.

Cons: The heater was very difficult to operate. The thermostat should be very easy to control the temperature. We had to struggle a lot and even asked front desk to send someone to help us. No one showed up. Disappointed with this experience.

Pros: We love the location, and the price is fair. We've been coming for years.

Cons: As I said, we have been coming for years. The site could use a little love. Many of the rooms are very dimly lit, and our fireplace was filthy. I find 3 peaks very comfortable, and I am not all that picky, but my husband would like to see more improvements made.

Locked front desk - couldn’t...

Pros: I see 3 people walking around the lobby and yet they lock the lobby. I have been waiting outside for 45 minutes in the freezing cold just wanting to check in the hotel. Date 3/31/24. I’ve called and been on hold but I see staff walking around and not letting anyone come in (and therefore check-in).

Cons: Locked outside the front desk office for an hour during a snow storm and can’t check in. Had to wait outside just to check in, fingers frozen.
