Before listing, Airmanaged organizes a photographer to take professional photos of each property. It ensures total customer satisfaction by offering professional cleaning and maintenance services and providing hotel standard linen, including bathroom and kitchen essentials. It also has a team of communication specialists to answer guest’s queries and manage guest check-ins round the clock.

Airmanaged has three pricing plans mainly on commission-based. The standard plan contains everything a host needs to start renting their property. The management company charged 12% of the host’s income. The premium plan includes the standard features along with a dedicated account manager and insurance. Airmanaged gets 16% of the income of the host. For businesses with multiple listings, the tailored plan is offered where both parties come to agree about the percentage of host’s total income that will go to the management company.
