The Hotel Sentral Management or HSM Group is an organization in Malaysia that specializes in premiere hospitality. It was founded in 2009 under a local incorporated management team that specializes in 3-4 star quality hotels in Malaysia. Its first hotel was Hotel Sentra Kuala Lumpur which marked the brand’s place in the local hotel industry. Two years later, the company conceived of another success, Hotel SentralPadu. Not long after that, the company expanded management in locations like Kuanta, Penang, Johor, Malacca, and Kelantan. Hotel Sentral Management was also the first to make it in the boutique hotel industry, which began when they founded Hotel Maison Boutique in Kuala Lumpur.

HSM was the first to venture into that concept as well in all of Malaysia. That pioneering act became a winning quality for the organization, providing them that quick route of success. They have quickly grown to manage 10 properties to date all over Malaysia. They are undeniably trendsetters in the hospitality business as they also introduced key/card systems at their hotels, which were never known by any establishment in their country until they started the use of it.
