Pros: Location, location, location - the hotel is located in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping (if you plan shopping in Taiwan), taxis are everywhere (however most drivers speak Chinese only, so you must carry a card with the hotel address and where ever you need to get in both English and Chinese!), large room, modern bathroom. breakfast was good (both eastern and western options). All in all - a great option vs. other 4-5 start hotels in Taipei.

Pros: I have to say that the hotel staff was highly efficient and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their friendly and professional demeanour was a standout feature. The hotel room was exactly as pictured, with no disappointments. I highly recommend booking a stay here for a top-notch experience.

Cons: The accommodations necessitate refurbishment due to evident wear and tear near the bed area. Furthermore, the television and audio equipment require contemporary upgrades, as they appear to be antiquated. It would be beneficial to enhance the breakfast buffet with a wider range of options and more delicious flavours. During the course of my extended stay, I encountered a difficulty pertaining to the modification of my booking. As a result, I would like to recommend that the establishment adopt a more flexible approach in this regard. In addition, despite having informed the staff regarding the faulty corridor light outside my room, the issue remained unresolved. I believe it would be prudent for the establishment to take prompt and appropriate measures to ensure that such concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This would not only enhance the overall quality of the guest experience but also establish the establishment's reputation as a paragon of excellence and reliability in the hospitality industry.

Pros: Japanese speaking staff. Friendly and attentive service. Located in the center of town, in front of a park with a nice view. Japanese toilets and baths in each room.

Cons: This is not the hotel's fault, but there were so many Japanese people that I, as a Japanese, did not feel like I was traveling.

Perfect for First-Time Visitors

Pros: The sleep room and bathroom were perfect. There was a plate of fresh fruit and two bottles of water waiting for us upon arrival. Check in and out was easy. We were able to leave our bags at the front desk after checkout until our flight departure. The location was an easy and direct 10-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute taxi ride to the airport main train station. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of fruit, pastries & breads, and breakfast foods from both eastern and western cultures. I would highly recommend staying here for first-time visitors and tourists.

Pros: I really enjoyed the city view and the bathroom facilities were wonderful. The bathroom features a Japanese style bath and a lovely selection of toiletries. The buffet style breakfast provided a lot of options. Overall a very comfortable stay. Although this was above my intended budget, this place is well priced compared to other hotels in the area.
