    Excellent location, Spacious Apartments, Mediocre Customer Service

    Pros: The location is superb and close to the beach. The rooms are spacious. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room. The front desk staff was pleasant upon check-in.
    Cons: The bed was not very comfortable and showed signs of some sagging. I felt that the front desk staff were talking about me and not offering the same services as maybe some other guests. They were speaking amongst themselves while I was standing there. I understand some Spanish. We had slow-draining showers and sinks, and upon initial phone call, my call was answered. The call was a simple request and without issue. When I called back to inquire if the maintenance person came to handle the issue with the drain, the front desk would not answer the phone over the next 2 days, ever.

    Pros: Apartment was clean modern very spacious near all amenities beach shops restaurant s. Staff were fantastic always on hand for anything needed. Best stay ever.
    Cons: I couldn't fault anything. We liked everything about the place nothing not to like.

    We were very upset with the fact, that we were not informed about construction and forced to pay 650 usd for the room we

    Pros: It was clean
    Cons: There is a construction work going on everyday, starting at 8 am. Unfortunately the property doesnt inform about that, and takes unrefined payment. Please, be careful about that, till the construction is finished. 3 out of 4 rooms with 2 bedrooms are facing constraints site.
