    This hotel is so dirty,...

    Pros: The bathrooms and toilets are renovated and look good! Other than that, I absolutely did not like anything about this disgusting and dirty place.
    Cons: This hotel is so dirty, there were mice in the room. I had to ask to be moved to another room because a mouse ran over my feet in the room. Thankfully this happened in the presence of the hotel worker so she saw it! The bedding had stains on it - although allegedly clean - it was still stained. I know that the hotel is lot a 5-star, but there is not even an attempt at ‘trying to be better’ or an effort in making the space look beautiful. A hostel is even more well maintained.

    The room was really poor. The bedding looked dirty and the bathroom had a ton of black mould.

    The room was really poor....

    Pros: staff were friendly
    Cons: The room was awful and the bathroom as full of black mold all over the walls and ceiling.

    Pros: Personell excellent in service! The personell are 5 star them self in helping and communication. Location is easy to reach from Underground and you have a lot of fast food nearby, and super market for food. Long distance from Heathrow airport (1 hour 15 min).
    Cons: Noisy water pump that starts off every time somebody turns on the water. Narrow stairs not suitable for luggage or HC persons.
