Very good

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Nancy was a beautiful soul. I felt like old friends when we hugged goodbye. She even made sure to call me an Uber ride the morning of my departure and inquired as to the cost. The owner made sure I had enough water to drink since I was parched after my flight. He allowed me to access my room early and even gave me an upgrade.

Cons: no one at reception could communicate in english and the resort is over 90% english speaking people. Room was not what we booked. We booked a king jr suite. and received a jr suite with 2 small beds. Although the room was ok. Rooms are very outdated and with just a coat of paint and window and door maintenance and some kitchen upgrades it could be an excellent room

We could have spend $25 more for a MUCH nicer place. A few updates would make a difference.

Pros: The staff were friendly. We always felt safe.

Cons: The room was really stuffy and needs new furniture - especially the couch. The doors need to be replaced, and the door shared by 303 and 304 should be more secure and soundproof. The screen door was completely broken. Upgrading the "patio" furniture would be nice too. Anything that can be done to soundproof the room would be beneficial. Lots of traffic noise in a stuffy room was not exactly ideal.

The staff were very friendly and kind but only a few spoke English and it was difficult occasionally.

Pros: Gorgeous and spacious and beautiful pools. Lots of lounge area around pool.

Cons: The location was very difficult for me bc I couldnt walk because of a foot injury~ I had to take Uber just to get to the corner drugstore. I wish breakfast had been included~ just something simple like toast or fruit.

Cons: TV channels, bad quality image, only twelve channels and some of them audio only. Mattress too sold and worn, last nite back pain woke me up, parking areas too small no more than 15 cars would be parked.

1 bedroom suite with Kitchen/living room.

Pros: Hotel staff were excellent. Walking distance to a small mall, banking and some restaurants. Rooms were quiet, good AC.

Cons: Restaurant on site wasn't great but it is also not part of hotel. Quite a hike to the beach. Small, shallow pools. This hotel is also a timeshare and have sales people who will try to set up meetings with you, but this is common everywhere in Cabo.
