    Unhelpful administration.

    Cons: They have the worst administration. Waiters are very nice but the administrative is the worst. I had a problem and kindly request them their help and instead of try to find a way the solve it, they just look for excuses and the way to guilt me to take my money. I don not recommend this hotel to anyone. In Poznan you can find better options.

    Very very good.

    Pros: Hotel has very good location. View was exceptional. Room was very comfy and clean. We were very pleasantly surprised by the staff. Perfect place for a special occasion.
    Cons: The only complaint I can find is the TV which lacked online features. It was not possible to use our video streaming accounts which is quite commont these days.

    Pros: We just loved it, so handy for everything, the staff were lovely especially the woman who waited on us at dinner. The breakfast was great, with nice Polish touches too, my daughter loved the waffle maker! The room was very nice a beautiful bathroom...and they left us loads of water which was so thoughtful as it was very hot. We will be back!

    Cons: The only thing I could think of is that the bathroom should have something anti-slippery.
