Tivoli Hotels and Resorts is a luxury hotel chain based in Portugal, but has now expanded to Brazil and Qatar. It has focused on providing a one-of-a-kind experience with their hotels, each having their distinct styles and personalities, across the cities and tourist destinations of Portugal and elsewhere. It has prided itself with forging lifelong relationships with iconic and famous international guests through its cosmopolitan brand, refined multicultural atmosphere, and sophisticated wining and dining.

Tivoli was born in 1933 with the hotel Tivoli Avenida Liberdade in the heart of Lisbon. Through the decades, it has grown and strengthened their brand into the cities of Sintra, Coimbra, Evora, and in the premier tourist destination of the Algarve, where it has built the most hotels. In 2006, it expanded to Brazil and has set up sites in Bahia and Sao Paolo. It was acquired by Minor Hotel Group in Portugal’s largest ever hotel deal of €294.2 million in 2016. Since then it had renovated its entire portfolio of hotels and expanded for the first time to the Middle East, with three hotels in Doha, Qatar. It plans to expand further to East Asia. With over 86 years of rich history, Tivoli Hotels now sets its eyes on a promising future.
