    Great stay!!! That says it all.

    Pros: This hotel serves an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a great selection that includes hot dishes. This restaurant also serves lunch and dinner most days. The staff was very friendly and leaned over backwards to accomodate all of our needs. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area. We have stayed at this hotel before. We came in late to the hotel with no advance notice so they could only gives a single room with an extra bed when we wanted a double room. They were hosting a convention that day. The next day they upgraded our room to the best one in the hotel. We stayed in that upgraded room for 3 more days. All at the single room rate. You can't beat that!!!
    Cons: They have very small staff on duty so it is sometimes hard to get a desk clerk. (I really had to dig hard to come up with a negative comment).

    Pros: Building itself is fine. Has nice forest to walk around. Has playroom, gym and sauna (did not work?), free parking. Reasonable breakfast.
    Cons: Hard to find anyone to answer your questions or provide any guidance regarding the hotel. Reception is constantly empty, you never know if the restaurant will be open or not. Main issue here pretty much lack of support from personal as no-one is there to find.

    Pros: Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were nice, shower was good and bathroom newly decorated. Grounds near the hotel were nice for walking, lovely lake.
    Cons: The staffing levels were too low to serve the number of guests. It was difficult to get someone to serve you at the bar or to answer a question at reception. The restaurant was disappointing, we had booked a family meal for 8 - out of 3 hot dishes, one was not available when we arrived. Deserts were not offered to us and when we asked for them, the only waiter serving said the kitchen had closed. We did not have starters so not good that we could not have deserts. If you can't provide the meal do not take the booking. We could have gone to another restaurant, it was a special family occasion and your service fell short.
