Pros: There is indoor parking and friendly staff, almost help. Room is big and clean, location is great only 7 blocks to Centro, walking only 15 min.

Cons: The breakfast is so so , but the staff was very friendly, just the food can be more improve. That’s not dislike just an advise.

Cons: There are bands that play on weekends and holidays but ALL HOTELS in the center hear them.

A great, well located hotel

Pros: This is a lovely hotel in central Guadalajara. Our room and the hallways around it were spotlessly clean, everything polished to perfection. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Easy parking on the ground level. A short walk to either the main plaza or in the other direction to Col. America.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was phenomenal. We wanted to stay close the the heart of the city to allow us the opportunity to explore. Even though we were very close to everything, it was not too noisy. The rooms were roomy with lots of counter space and even a small table to eat any food we brought up. There were a few walkable options for food and convenience stores. Like any big city, there can be homelessness, but we didn't see much during our stay. The front doors are always staffed and the doorman is very nice. The entire staff was very attentive. Though their staff changed out fairly frequently, we didn't really encounter anyone unpleasant. The staff also made sure we knew about their tours and transportation services. The airport transportation was easy to schedule (very early flight) with reasonable rates. Our maid, Sonia, was very kind and ensured our room was up to our standards. She checked in with us daily (ran into her in the hall) to bring fresh towels and confirm if we needed any sort of cleaning. Overall, the hotel is a great find! The room rate made me a little nervous (low rate in the city) but we were all pleasantly surprised.

Cons: The beds were full not queen. The listing for the hotel was confusing. I will chalk that up to human error, next time will be confirming. But, overall beds were just fine for the few days we stayed. The bathroom water did have a bit of a strong odor, not fowl but noticeable. Though, that may is likely the city drainage. There was no fridge. Not a dealbreaker but good to know in case you need to keep anything cold.
