    Good but need improvement to attract more customer. Thank you!

    Pros: Location is very strategic in KB. My room got bathtub, got some toiletries without bathrobe. Aircond is super cold which no need to switch on. Maybe the hotel's aircond covering the whole room. Mattress and pillow quite comfy as well as got many mirror which is super important for a woman.
    Cons: The furniture too old, it will be perfect if got new furniture for the room. Carpet quite dusty and no Qiblat direction or sejadah provided. Food for the sahur is limited and so-so.

    once is enough

    Pros: The view from the room (riverview) is very splendid!
    Cons: staff is very not attentive. i have been asking for hair dryer and they took 1 hour to send to me and everytime i ask, they will say "oohh, the staff just went up to send to you" and these excuse, i have heard for 5 times between this 1 hour of waiting. I was late for the appointment at the banquet room and when I even arrive at Sa'Adong, the banquet room was not even ready when I wanted to to my speech at 0830hrs (by 8:20AM, the room is not on any air-cond, sound system is not on, light and all arrangements were not even ready despite i only have 10 more minutes to go live) and in the end, my slot of speech has been reduced from 1 hour to 45 minutes and therefore, I will strongly not recommend any business activities to be conducted in this hotel if you are professional type of businessman or else you are going to get hairwire if you are professional in your job.
